CBD and Hemp cannabinoids seem to be most effective when steady use is maintained over time. We suggest you start by applying the balm once a day. Even if you don’t see immediate results, continue to apply the balm daily for at least one week. If, after a week of regular use, you are not seeing the results you want, increase the frequency of your application to twice a day or more.
